We are currently building a modern, stylish community of 25 houses in Mossley. The development will feature a mixture of 3 and 4 bedroom houses, all built to the highest energy efficiency standards using sustainable methods and materials.
The development featured five stunning bespoke homes in Moordale, Oldham. Using sustainable building practices and materials we created these energy efficient offering KMM contemporary design and quality.
In partnership with First Choice Homes Oldham we are planning to deliver 16 new energy efficient homes on a brownfield site in Middleton, Oldham.
The Oldham Road development will consist of six two-bedroom, four three-bedroom and six four-bedroom family houses.
Work has started on site earlier this year and will be ready for customers to move into in Summer 2024.
Our first project – Kershaw Street, Droyslden, Manchester. Six beautifully designed starter homes all sold prior to completion. Energy efficient, featuring KMM contemporary design and quality, built using sustainable building practices and materials.
